*We will have a Spring 2024 mandatory meeting for all coaches to review scheduling procedures.
*Once all the teams and divisions are created, all coaches will be emailed a coaching contact list. Do not schedule games until division commissioners email out the contact lists.
SJGSA does not schedule games for teams outside of our league. Do not input any games with teams not currently registered.

Fall 2024 TOWN/TEAM Registration
Use this registration link to register your organization for the Fall 2024 season.
The goal is to register as many teams at one time as possible. We ask that you input the desired division at this time.
*Please note we are no longer accepting Team Names - we are asking for all teams to be identified by their Town/Division/Coach (ie: Glendora -Scuderi) to avoid team confusion!

You will be required to upload this document. We have made it a PDF filler (directly on the screen) but this you will be required to download the document and upload it.
All players who are rostered to a HHS team / Middle School team should be identified. If you do not have the information at this point, please let us know afterwards and we can update the document.
Teams can opt to download the form below and email it to us, or click on the link above, download the document and upload it to the portal.

Umpires in training will receive $60.00 per game to umpire games behind the mound. Some funding may be provided to pay for game day equipment. Umpires can move to behind the plate after they attend a training / work with our umpire coordinators. Funding will be provided to help umpires (behind the plate) get full gear.

*Rules are still being updated and will be finalized prior to the start of the season.
DIVISIONS / AGE GROUPS
Spring 2024 & Fall 2024 Age groups are as follows:
U8 - Pony Tails
*Min. player requirement is to be 6 years of age w/ waiver. No 5 yr olds. 9 yr olds prior to 1/1 are not eligible to stay down.
10u (9/10) - Minors
12u (11/12) - Majors
14u (13-14) - Juniors
High School - Seniors (must be a registered HHS student)
*Players in HHS who are eligible to play 14u based on DOB can opt to play in either division. Max age is 19.
*Each level will consist of 3 options for divisions: Patriot, American, and National. We do offer an Olympic bracket as well if necessary.
Teams will be required to submit a roster evaluation for all players, and can be moved to another division if deemed necessary.
Patriot - Rec Division / Weak - No USSSA/USA players permitted (within specific age bracket; board will make decisions on players playing up a division).
American - Average Travel Division (Average hitting, pitching, fielding, USSSA / USA / in town tournament teams (C level permitted based on # of rostered players),
National - Above Average Travel Division (above average hitting, pitching, fielding, any combination of USSSA/USA players permitted, all B teams / players should be in this division)
*Any team who has previously won a championship in their division will automatically go up a bracket next season. (ie: 12u Patriot moves to 1u2 American).

*Teams on these levels must have a back up umpire (coach/parent) in the event an umpire is not on site.
U8 (Coach Pitch) - FREE!
Spring 2024 bond payments will be $100.00 per team ($300.00 max per organization)!
Updated bond payments for the upcoming Spring 2024 season is now available. Min. fee is $100.00 per team in order to register for the Fall season. All fines for the Spring/Fall 2023 have been updated. (Click on Bond payments above to go to the spreadsheet).
SJGSA Fees/Fines Terms and Conditions Agreement
A representative from each organization, and each coach will need to sign-off on this explanation, agreeing to the terms and conditions for any fines for the 2024 season. Bond funding is used to off set fees for any fines accumulated during the season per town. This form will outline why fines are assigned and how fines are totaled for town/coaches.
Each team must have a bond payment on file ($100.00 per each team or a max. of $300.00 per town/organization).
